These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 772 pub ("772 pub", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 772 pub online gaming platform available at 772-pub.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 772 pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 772 pub employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 772 pub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. 3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify 772 pub of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 772 pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You agree not to share your password or login credentials with any third party. 772 pub staff will never ask for your password.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

772 pub is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 772 pub aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes during regular operating hours, though processing times may vary. 4.3 Currency

7. Prohibited Conduct

772 pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 772 pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 772 pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

772 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Termination for reasons other than breach or fraud will result in the return of any verified, withdrawable balance to your registered payment method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
